What do i need to make this computer a decent gaming compter?

My few cents worth:
1. Overclock it to at least 2.4gHz because at stock speed it is anemic for gaming. Here's mine:

2. Increase RAM to 1Gb. 2Gb should be awesome.
3. Install a discrete graphics card because your integrated graphics is too slow for gaming:
-Cheap= ATI HD 3650 or Geforce 8600GT
-Better= ATI HD 3850 or Geforce 9600GT.
With that set up, I guarantee that you will be surprised by what your rig can still do.
