Should I use x64 or x32 Vista?
For my gaming PC I'm building here are the specs, also I'm thinking about x64 Windows Vista because of the DX10 support.

x64 or x32?
While there are many good arguments both Pro and Con for the x64 version, that would be my suggestion. You're putting in one of the best possible processors out today (especially for the cost) that is designed for 64bit use, you might as well be getting the full benefit of it from your operating system.
Ignore the "Only use x64 if you have more than 2GB" argument. It's Vista - it's a memory hog regardless of 32 or 64bit operations. I would strongly encourage more than 2GB to begin with, because of this. At 4GB (which is pretty cheap these days), and that CPU, your machine is going to be very, very smooth.
While there may be some truth to 32-bit apps running a bit slower uner the x64 setup, I have yet to encounter a game where this was truly evident. Crysis @ 1600x1200 high settings, it's a beautiful thing.
Also, more and more programs are coming out with 64-bit versions as well. If there are some specific games you know you will be playing, don't hesitate to hit their community forums and see what people are saying.
